Naini Sanghavi Kulkarni is the Founder and Director of Aarvi Learning Solutions, a corporate learning and development organization focused on building future-ready teams through customized training interventions.
Based in Mumbai, she has been actively leading Aarvi’s growth in corporate training, leadership development, experiential learning, Generative AI learning programs, and capability-building solutions.
With a strong belief that learning should be practical, contextual, and outcome-driven, Naini has guided Aarvi in delivering programs across industries through formats such as instructor-led training, business simulations, immersive learning, theatre-based learning, LEGO® Serious Play, leadership coaching, and technology training.
